What your first 60 days look like
Identify, deploy, measure, expand. Four steps on the systems you already run, with your own starting numbers written down before anything changes.
Identify
Week 1–2
We connect to your practice management system, map appointment types and provider schedules, and record where inquiries currently arrive. Before anything changes, we write down your starting numbers: how many inquiries you get, how many get a response, and how many appointments are missed.
What we need from you
One kickoff call, one systems contact, read access to the schedule.
Deploy
Week 3–6
Prioritization and follow-up flagging go live for one location or one appointment type first. Your front desk keeps booking the way it always has; the system works alongside them, and everything it does is visible.
What we need from you
A short walkthrough for the front desk. No change to how they book.
Measure
Day 60 onward
We report against the baseline recorded in week one — your numbers, not an industry average. If the result is not there, you see that in the same report.
What we need from you
A 45-minute review of what moved and what did not.
Expand
Quarter 2 onward
Roll out to the remaining locations and appointment types on the evidence from the pilot, at whatever pace your operations team can absorb.
What we need from you
You decide the order and the pace.
What you can count on
Live on your existing PM system in 30–60 days, without a migration
A written baseline of your current numbers before anything is switched on
One location running first, so nothing is bet on an untested rollout
A named implementation contact for the duration
See the systems we connect to for what the first two weeks involve technically.
Start with one location
Measured against your own numbers, and expanded only if the result is there.
